5. Watch a show on Broadway

 Well, it was off Broadway in 42^nd Street, but we picked up discount theatre tickets a couple of hours before the performance to see Les Miserables. 

I hadn’t seen this show  or even seen the film before ,but was blown away by the songs, voices and story – it was a fabulous performance.
