We tried several different cocktails whilst we were there (my favourites were the Aviator and Singapore Sling) plus Sharon got chatted up by the owner of a Radio Station who had flown in for the US tennis championship.
On the last day we splashed out and had afternoon tea in the Peacock Lounge - the Waldorf Salad was, of course, delicious and the red velvet cup cakes and hand made biscuits (below) were scrummy!
